A new version of the Remote Server Administration Tools was published last week, ahead of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update release. Version 1.2 was released June 27th, 2016. Not finding a changelog or announcement, I am not sure what has changed with this version. Most likely, it contains further compatibility with Server 2016 Technical Preview 5 and it certainly includes compatibility with Windows 10 v1607.
If you previously had RSAT installed on Windows 10 before installing the Anniversary Update, you can expect RSAT to be uninstalled as part of the upgrade. No worries though, you can download the new RSAT installer for Windows 10 that was released last week from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45520
Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10 includes Server Manager, Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-ins, consoles, Windows PowerShell cmdlets and providers, and command-line tools for managing roles and features that run on Windows Server Technical Preview.
