KB3085515 was released on Patch Tuesday and was recalled when its side effects were brought to light. The update applies to Office 2010 but has been causing problems specifically to Access 2010 users.
If you installed KB3085515 in the brief window that it was available, you might experience the following problems:
- Unable to open Microsoft Visual Basic-enabled applications in Access 2010
- Access wizards may not run
The current solution is to uninstall the update. From the View Installed Updates windows, you may search for KB3085515 and uninstall the update and then reboot if prompted.
Upon removing the bad update, I have seen Access immediately begin working properly again with Access wizards and VB apps.
