For the past few days, you may have run into a brick wall while searching for Support articles from Microsoft. Their Knowledge Base articles have been rendering blank pages and jumping straight to the survey to ask if you found the information useful. Even better, you might have experienced the pages timing out or returning IIS errors.
After enough refreshes, the page might finally load. Nothing is more frustrating than troubleshooting an issue and having the solution feel so close but so far away at the same time.
The problem is occurring in multiple browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft’s own Internet Explorer. Until Microsoft resolves the problem, you might be able to get to your support article by modifying the URL from, for example, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2956985/en-us to http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/2956985/en-us
