The 2015 International Consumer Electronics Show starts tomorrow, January 6th, and runs through January 9th. The topic this year promises to show the largest “Internet of Things” showcase. Of course, there will be tons of products from all other categories too.
If the turn-out for the 2015 International CES is anything like last year’s conference, over 160,000 attendees will visit the exhibits, watch the keynotes, and hear the new product announcements. If you’re not one of those 160,000, you might be wondering where you can find out the latest news. I like going straight to the manufacturers to read their press releases but this week can be a bit of information overload so it’s nice to find some other sites that organize it all.
The official International CES website lists the schedule for keynotes, vendors, and other related numbers.
EnjoyTheMusic.com will be doing a live stream from CES 2015 with an emphasis on audio equipment-related announcements.
Enjoy the Music.com‘s International CES 2015 live stream report showcases leading-edge high-end audio equipment, high resolution music, and state-of-the-art consumer electronics including advanced technologies.
CNET will be doing a live stream for each day of CES 2015. They also have a list of all of their upcoming live events, which includes many keynotes and press conferences from vendors such as Ford, Intel, Sony, Mercedes, and many others.
CNET also has an “everything you need to know” article that gives a good preview of what’s to come with this year’s CES conference.
TechCrunch has an event they’re calling Hardware Battlefield. It will cover CES 2015 with numerous vendors and a live stream.
TV’s will be less of the focus this year compared to previous years. Automobiles and connected devices for the “Internet of Things” seems to be this year’s emphasis. Is there anything in particular that you’re hoping to see at this year’s CES?
