KoobFace, a twist on the word Facebook, is a malware that made it big by being cross-platform. I remember seeing it on client computers after they would download a “video player” required to watch a video their friend posted on Facebook. I’m not quite sure why they were checking Facebook at work in the first place but that’s a different story.
