I’m not that old but it’s crazy how much has changed since I was a kid. We had the original Gameboy and Sega Genesis growing up for my generation but to compare that to the prevalence of smartphones and tablets is astounding. The extra security concern with today’s devices come from the fact that they are connected to the web. Viruses still spread by floppy disk before the Internet was common place so that doesn’t rule anything out. Besides, there is more to be concerned with than just malware infecting the device.
