For a majority of users there isn’t a whole lot of difference between using a Mac and using a PC these days. People are visiting OS-neutral websites with cross-platform browsers and maybe doing some word processing on the Microsoft Office suite available for either platform. XKCD presents this argument:
So, unless you’re into PC gaming or enjoy the ability to tinker with your own hardware, either a Mac or PC will handle your Facebooking, Googling, Youtubing, and other sites you visit just fine.
